Writer

Orrie Rindal (born July 18, 2003) is an American actor, writer, director, and producer based in Chicago. They love to explore humor through new stories, techniques, and forms. They have studied playwriting under Dean Corrin, sketch under Jules Morales, standup under Eunji Kim and Kellye Howard,  and screenwriting under Kat O'Brien.

Orrie has a passion for crafting engaging stories across film, television, and stage utilizing a  writing ethos that is bright, witty, and perfectly queer. As one screenwriting guide advises, a great bio (and by extension, storytelling) should stay “warm, humorous and punchy.” Orrie embodies that advice and writes scripts with sharp dialogue and vivid characters, striving to make every narrative come alive “on screen and in our hearts,” blending cinematic scope with personal truth.
